Our philosophy is simple: good acting is no acting. At Leighton Atelier, we put this into practice by creating films and scenes designed to showcase our members’ craft.
Every project is produced to broadcast-quality standards, resulting in career-worthy material that reflects the actor’s craft at a professional standard and supports long-term growth.

While based in Los Angeles, the Atelier maintains a private clubhouse in Scottsdale, Arizona with weekly in-person acting classes.
Remote members are invited to stay up to date on ensemble training and project development via the Online Lounge.
“This ensemble is an amazing example of what can happen when like-minded people with a love for their craft come together. Dustin has curated a great atmosphere with the goal to get everyone working.
As a Director he is real and raw, but the intent is never to break you down, only to build you up. And if that isn't meshing with you, he adapts accordingly to give you what you need to be successful. Listening and responding.
His insight into the business side of this industry is something I've personally found to be invaluable.”
